Saharanpur, January 1:
On the occasion of New Year, the Pravaha Zero to Zenith Society has undertaken a noble mission to educate underprivileged children in the rural village of Aamwala. The NGO organized a special event where sweets and delicious meals were distributed among the children to mark the beginning of this initiative.
The society’s president, Ms. Payal Singh, emphasized the urgent need to uplift the educational standards of children in rural areas. She expressed concern that the educational level of even the 10th-grade students in the village is equivalent to or below that of a 5th-grade student. Recognizing this gap, Pravaha is determined to provide every possible support to improve their learning outcomes.
“Our goal is to ensure that these children not only have access to education but also achieve a high standard of learning,” said Ms. Singh.
The event was marked by the active participation of children and their parents, highlighting the trust the local community has begun to place in the society. Pravaha aims to conduct regular sessions, provide academic materials, and involve volunteers to create a sustainable and impactful change in rural education.
With this step, Pravaha Zero to Zenith Society reinforces its commitment to “Education for All”, striving to bridge the learning divide and empower the next generation through knowledge.
